If Jimmy Jumped Off The Bridge, Would You Do It Too?
Stop Being A Follower – Be Unique – Browse Around – Make Your Own Money!
Sometimes all it takes is a little browsing around on your own to find your next big campaign. The affiliate industry seems like a bunch of nervous sheep all hurtling towards the same open gate, when on the other side there’s a hole in the fence that a couple ninja sheep sneak on over to.
Look at these beautiful offers:
EMail Submit – Dine out for Free Exclusive (US)
Games – Secret Bear World (US)
Mobile – Funmobile Win Ipad 2 Indonesia (ID)
Mobile IQ Quiz – Quiz Whiz: Do You Know Eminem? (US)
Survey – Osama Death Survey (US)
Twilight Tones – Vamptones- WAP – Mobile Optimized
Beauty Scanner (Austria)
Have you ever advertised in Indonesia? Nah didn’t think so! How about Austria? Have you emailed every site relating to eminem asking for monthly advertising prices? — This is what you have to do to succeed in affiliate marketing!
Above are offers from EWA & Neverblue that i just spent some time looking at. I checked all of them out, some are already major converters and some are brand new. In my eyes all these have promise and I’ll probably test out a few of them in June.
The main point here is that why are you following the herd when all you have to do is spend some time, search some networks offer lists and see what jumps out at you. When your scanning the list of offers your creative juices will start flowing and campaign angles will come to you. From there you need to hunker down and work you ass off, get 5 campaigns up and i’m sure you’ll get something working.
Go spend some time searching offers from your favourite network, and see what you can find. 2 weeks ago i managed to squeeze out $22k from a demographic of 160,000 people in a matter of 3 days — all from a unique campaign with a very select demographic. I found the campaign by randomly searching offers, i’m just trying to prove to you it works. The herd isn’t always the right option.

So when you say you squeezed out $22K in three days with your “select demographic” are you implying it is better to go for a quality target market or quantity?
AKA, is there such thing as getting too specific with your vertical?
Nope, not necessarily. Both have their strengths (and the 22k was gross). I’m just saying you don’t always have to follow the herd, because sometimes the herd is just too packed for you to enter (unless you have some amazing angles/ideas ofcourse).
It seems very easy in your eyes but for a new affiliate getting accepted to these networks like EWA and Neverblue is very complicated. Although I agree there are 100ths of other networks too but most of the creamy offers are there on these top notch networks only.
I never understood why people have trouble joining networks – I never had a problem.
“When your scanning the list of offers your creative juices will start flowing and campaign angles will come to you.”
i can recall that!
i yet have to find a campaign generating me 22K in 3 days though
I think a lot of people get too comfortable and get scared to get back into the swing of things, like testing offers.
Absolutely. I think when someone gets out of a 4~ month campaign that made some major coin, it’s also extremely hard to test anything that doesn’t look like it will make the same coin as the previous campaign.
If Jimmy is making xxx,xxx id probably jump of the bridge too, but make sure to pack my parachute.
Interesting web site you’ve got here, I might even subscribe to your forum…
I hope that it contains some good traffic techniques, otherwise all A/B tests or whatever seem pointless..
